Night Before Egg Casserole
Night Before Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons, 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 1/2 c. chopped ham, sausage or bacon, 6 eggs and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Use cooking spray to coat 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
Pour croutons in pan to cover bottom.
Cover with 1/2 cheese and meat. Combine eggs, milk, dried mustard, soup and salt and pepper.
Pour liquid mixture over contents of pan.
Spread rest of cheese over liquid.
Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Remove plastic wrap or foil and bake for 1 hour.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
