New York Style Cheese Cake
New York Style Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. graham cracker crumbs, 3 tbsp. butter, melted, 1 c. plus 4 tbsp. sugar, divided, 2 tbsp. flour and 1 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In medium bowl combine graham crackers, melted butter and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Press into bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. Spray sides with cooking spray.
In large bowl combine flour, cornstarch and yogurt; add cream cheese, beat well.
Beat in next 4 ingredients plus 1 cup sugar until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake 5 minutes in 375° oven.
Reduce temperature to 300° and bake 45 minutes.
Turn off oven, cool cake in oven 30 minutes.
In small bowl blend sour cream with 2 tablespoons sugar; spread over top.
Return to oven until set.
Chill before serving.
