Melt together marshmallows, milk and Hershey bar over very low heat. Cool, but not too long.
Whip Rich's whipped topping.
Thaw completely before whipping.
Fold chocolate mixture into whipped topping.
Put in graham cracker crust or baked pie crust.
Chill.
