Never Fail Squash Casserole
Never Fail Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 7 yellow summer squash, approximately 1/2 stick butter or margarine, 1 medium onion, finely chopped, salt and pepper to taste and couple eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Wash and cut off ends of squash.
Slice and boil along with chopped onion for about 30 to 45 minutes or until done; strain. Put cooked squash and onions in mixing bowl.
Add butter, salt and pepper, beaten eggs, bread crumbs and dash of Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
