Dissolve yeast in water.
Add sugar, eggs, flour and salt. Stir and beat 1 minute.
Add 4 to 4 1/2 cups flour to make a soft dough.
Knead and let rise until double.
Make out into rolls. Cover and let rise.
Bake at 375Β°.
