Never Fail Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 1 unbeaten egg, 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cold water and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place egg white, sugar and water in top of double boiler. Place in boiling water.
Keep boiling.
Beat constantly for 7 minutes.
Add flavoring. This is ready to use at once.
If desired, add 1 cup of marshmallows, cut up in frosting before spreading.
