Never Fail Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 1 small can evaporated milk (5 oz.), 1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar fluff and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine first 5 ingredients.
Stir over low heat until blended.
Bring to a boil over moderate heat.
Be careful not to mistake air bubbles for boiling.
Boil slowly, stirring constantly for 5 minutes (soft ball stage).
Remove from heat.
Stir in chips and vanilla until chips have melted.
Turn into a buttered 9 x 9-inch pan.
