Never Fail Dumplings is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. crisco, 1 egg and 4 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut Crisco into flour and salt until size of peas.
Blend egg and milk; add to flour mixture and stir until in soft ball.
Turn out on floured board and roll out to desired thickness.
I roll thin like pie crust.
Cut into squares.
Drop into boiling broth. Cover, but stir occasionally so they don't stick.
