Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add egg.
Stir in the oil and milk mixture until it is thoroughly mixed.
Spray the bottom of skillet or cake pan with Pam (no-stick spray).
Pour batter in the skillet/pan.
Bake for 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and flip the bread onto your serving dish.
