Neptune's Favorite
Neptune'S Favorite is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. orange roughy fillets, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped, 3/4 c. white wine and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place fillets in 9-inch buttered baking pan.
Sprinkle with salt.
Top fillets with green pepper and onion.
Pour white wine into baking pan and bake at 375Β° for 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Pour off cooking liquid.
Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs and broil 3 inches from heat until cheese melts and bread crumbs are lightly browned (about 2 minutes). Serves 4.
