Sift together first four ingredients.
Mix together sugar, oil and eggs.
Add strawberries to sugar, oil and egg mixture, alternately with dry ingredients, until just blended.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch.
