Neiman's Chocolate Chip Cookies
Neiman'S Chocolate Chip Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 1/2 c. blended oatmeal (put oatmeal in food processor and blend to powder) and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cream butter and both sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda.
Add chips, candy and nuts.
Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet and bake at 375Β° for 9 to 10 minutes.
