Neiman-Marcus Toll House Cookies

Cream butter sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
Mix all dry ingredients.
(Blend oatmeal in blender, at a time.
The 5 cup measurement is taken before it's blended.) Add dry ingredients to butter mixture, a little at a time.
Each addition.
Add chocolate chips, grated
Hershey chopped scant teaspoon of batter 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375Β° approximately 6 minutes.
Makes more than anyone should have in the house.
