Neiman Marcus Cake
Neiman Marcus Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 duncan hines all butter cake mix, 1 stick margarine, melted, 2 eggs, 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted and 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together cake mix and margarine; add eggs and mix well. Spread out into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan, batter will be stiff.
Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and vanilla together. Pour over first layer (will have to spread out over the first layer).
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
Cake will be soft in the middle when hot.
