Mix the box of cake mix with the eggs and butter. Spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Then layer chocolate chips, coconut, and pecans over cake layer. Mix the confectioners sugar, beaten eggs and the softened cream cheese in a bowl and pour over the pecan layer. Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
