Near Year'S Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. farina, 5 eggs, separated, 3/4 stick butter, 4 1/2 c. milk and sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Make farina for 6 servings and add 3 to 5 tablespoons sugar. After farina is thickened, add the egg yolks and butter.
Mix well and set aside.
Meanwhile, beat the egg whites until thick and add 2 tablespoons sugar, a little at a time.
Fold into farina mixture.
Let cool and serve cold.
Top with Cherry Soup.
