Neapolitan Beef Casserole
Neapolitan Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated, parmesan cheese and parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
Brown the beef.
Add pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach.
Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add uncooked noodles and sauce.
Pour over all into the casserole dish; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Before serving, garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
May be prepared ahead of time and frozen.
