Nasi Goreng
Nasi Goreng is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 onions, chopped, 4 tbsp. oil, 2 tsp. soy or worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. curry powder and 4 oz. cooked meat, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Fry onions in oil until tender.
Add meat and cooked rice and stir until well mixed.
Add Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, salt and pepper; stir until hot.
Make well in center of rice and break eggs into it.
Stir eggs until partly scrambled; then mix rice into it.
Stir until well blended.
Serve on platter surrounded by 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced.
