Napoleon Creams is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. cocoa, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine butter or margarine, sugar, cocoa and vanilla in the top of a double boiler.
Cook over simmering water until butter melts.
Stir in egg, continue cooking and stirring until mixture is thick, about 3 minutes.
Blend in graham cracker crumbs and coconut.
Press into greased 9-inch square pan.
Refrigerate.
