Nancy'S Homemade Pimento Cheese is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened at room temperature, 1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained, 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar and 1/8 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine cream cheese and pimento; stir well.
Add mayonnaise and remaining ingredients.
