Nancy's Chicken 'n Stuffing
Nancy'S Chicken 'N Stuffing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with boneless chicken breasts, your favorite bread stuffing, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 tbsp. salt and 1 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Dredge chicken in flour seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic. Melt butter or margarine in frypan and saute chicken 6 minutes each side.
Spread prepared stuffing in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Lay chicken atop stuffing.
Cover with Muenster cheese. Bake in a 325° to 350° oven for 30 minutes. Serve with salad, vegetable and cranberry sauce.
