Nana's Chicken Puffs
Nana'S Chicken Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. oil, 3 chicken breasts, halved, boned, skinned, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary and 1 (10 oz.) Heat oil and lightly saute chicken breasts.
Do not brown. Sprinkle each breast with rosemary and garlic salt.
Roll each pastry shell into a circle about 7 to 9-inches in diameter.
Place chicken on half of each pastry.
Spread each piece of chicken with one piece of chive cheese.
Fold pastry over chicken and seal edges.
Place on baking sheet.
Place in 450° preheated oven and immediately reduce heat to 400°.
Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until golden.
