Nachos
Nachos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, finely chopped, 1 can refried beans, 1 can chopped green chilies and 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Crumble and brown beef.
Add onion, salt and pepper.
Spread beans in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with beef and sprinkle with chilies.
Cover this with cheese and drizzle taco sauce over.
Bake uncovered at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped green onion and olives.
Top with sour cream. Serve as a dip with nacho chips.
