Nachos
Nachos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. pork sausage or ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans and 6 c. tortilla chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook meat, onion and garlic until meat is brown; drain.
Stir in beans.
Arrange half of the chips on each of two 12-inch ovenproof platters.
Layer half of the meat-bean mixture, olives, chili peppers and cheese on each platter.
