Nachos
Nachos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium bell pepper, cut in fine long strips, 1 medium onion, cut in fine long strips, 1 lb. meat, ground beef or 1-inch chicken breast strips, 1 pkg. taco mix seasoning and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In large skillet, lightly brown meat; drain.
Add bell pepper and onion strips.
Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water.
Simmer on low until onions and bell pepper are tender.
Line bottom of large serving pan with chips.
Top with meat mixture.
Add cheese on top with taco sauce and sour cream.
