Nacho Chip Chicken Casserole
Nacho Chip Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. skinless boneless chicken (can sub with ground beef), 2 cans cream of chicken, 1 can tomatoes and green chilies, 1/4 bag taco seasonings and 3 c. mild cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 350° to 375°. Bake 20 minutes.
Boil chicken and cut in bite size pieces.
Mix chicken, chicken soup, tomatoes and green chilies (drain can for a mild flavor), taco seasoning and 2 cups of cheese.
Put chips in a greased baking dish.
Spread mixture over chips.
Sprinkle rest of cheese on top.
Bake until cheese is melted and started to brown.
Can garnish with shredded lettuce and sour cream.
