Mystery Pie
Mystery Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 ritz crackers, rolled fine, 1 tsp. vanilla, 3 egg whites, with a dash of salt, 1 c. sugar and 1 c. finely chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Whip the egg whites; add sugar and baking powder.
Fold in cracker crumbs and pecans.
Butter a 9-inch pan.

Cut in wedges.
