Mystery Pecan Pie
Mystery Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/3 c. plus 1/4 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla and salt until thoroughly blended.
In separate bowl beat 3 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, syrup and 1 teaspoon vanilla until well blended. Spread cream cheese mixture in bottom of pie shell.
Sprinkle in pecans.
Carefully pour in syrup mixture.
Bake in preheated 375Β° oven for approximately 40 minutes.
