Mystery Pecan Pie
Mystery Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 deep dish 9-inch pie shell, 4 eggs, beaten, 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. light corn syrup and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 teaspoonful vanilla and salt. Blend at medium speed.
Pour into shell and sprinkle with pecans on top.
Combine 3 eggs, corn syrup, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoonful vanilla.
Blend at medium speed, pour this mixture over top of pecans.
Bake at
375Β° for 35-40 minutes.
