My Sunday Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 lb. boneless beef roast, 1 pkg. lipton onion soup mix, 1 can golden mushroom soup, 5 lb. potatoes and 1 lb. carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
👨🍳 Instructions
Brown roast; add onion soup mix and mushroom soup on top of roast.
Add water to roast, bake, covered, in 300° to 325° oven for 2 hours before adding potatoes (which have been cut lengthwise) and carrots (which have been cut lengthwise).
Finish cooking while at church.
