My Favorite Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 1 c. warm (not hot) water, 3 c. self-rising flour or enough to make soft dough, 1 well beaten egg and 2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve yeast in water and combine last 3 ingredients. Add flour to yeast mixture.
Cover and let rise 1 hour.
Roll out dough and cut biscuit cutter.
Each roll in melted butter pocketbook rolls. (I cut with biscuit cutter brush or spoon on melted margarine.) Let rise 2 hours.
Bake in hot oven at 450Β° for about 8 minutes or until done.
