Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan.
Combine egg yolks, water and lemon juice in small bowl.
Then stir into sugar mixture.
Cook over medium heat.

Pour into baked 9-inch pastry shell.
Spread meringue over hot filling. Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes.
