Made with (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, (12 oz.) can apricot nectar, c. water, (6 oz.) lemon jell-o and c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain pineapple; reserve juice for topping.
Combine apricot nectar and water in saucepan, bring to boil.
Add Jell-O and stir to dissolve.
Stir in pineapple, marshmallows and bananas.
Pour into shallow 2-quart dish and chill until firm.
Cover with topping; refrigerate.
