My Favorite Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 1 c. flour, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Melt butter, mix in flour and pecans and press in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Bake at 350Β° for about 5 to 10 minutes (golden brown).
Let cool.
Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and 1/2 to 3/4 of a box of confectioners sugar.
Pour over cooked crust.
I take fresh strawberries and mix with strawberry glaze and pour over Cool Whip mixture and refrigerate before serving.
You can put the following on top of the Cool Whip mixture.
