My Favorite Chicken Pie(Serves 6) is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cooked and deboned, 2 c. broth, 1 c. carrots, 1 small can lesueur peas and 1 small can onions, halved, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place chicken in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add carrots, peas, onions, mushrooms and potatoes.
Mix broth, soup and cheese. Heat and pour over chicken mixture.
Make batter of flour, melted margarine, pepper and buttermilk.
Mix and pour evenly over top. Bake at 425Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
