My Best Peanut Brittle is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cups white sugar, 1 cup of white syrup and 1/2 cup water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Bring water to boil.
Add the white sugar and syrup.
Boil till it will spin a thread when tested with a spoon.
Add 2 cups raw peanuts and pinch of salt.
Add peanuts and cook slowly over low heat till a golden brown.
Cook to 300Β°.
Remove from heat and add 2 tablespoon butter.
Add 2 teaspoons baking soda, 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Quickly stir and pour out on buttered cookie sheet, spreading it as thin as you can.
