Mustard Sauce
Mustard Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1 heaping tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. dry mustard, 4 eggs, beaten and 1/2 c. (scant) vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix brown sugar, flour and mustard.
Add eggs, vinegar and jelly.
Cook in top of double boiler until thick, stirring constantly.
After sauce has thickened, use beater if jelly has not dissolved completely.
