Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. garlic salt and 1/2 c. wine (red), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soak mushrooms for a few minutes, then drain well and wash. Cut into pieces.
In frying pan, melt butter. Add mushrooms and garlic salt. Cook, covered, about 10 minutes on low heat. Add wine; cook another 5 minutes.
