Mushroom Tomato Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 oz. bacon and ham, 1 egg white, 1/4 c. heavy cream, 1 large tomato and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat eggs and egg white until creamy.
Add milk and cream. Sprinkle in salt and pepper.
Stir in meats and cheese.
Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Add mushrooms; layer tomatoes.

Bake for 10 minutes at 425°, then for 10 additional minutes at 350°.
(You can also add 1/4 cup sauteed onions for more flavor.)
