Mushroom Supreme
Mushroom Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh mushrooms (whole), margarine, 1/2 c. water, 2 bouillon cubes and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute mushrooms in margarine.
In separate pot, heat and dissolve bouillon cubes in water and set aside.
Melt 1/2 stick margarine and sprinkle flour over.
Add cream to butter/flour mixture.
Add bouillon mix to this and add mushrooms.
Place everything in buttered casserole (large enough to leave mushrooms in a single layer).
Top with mixture of bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Can do ahead.
Serves 6. To double recipe, just double mushrooms.
