Mushroom Stuffing
Mushroom Stuffing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced, 1 c. mayonnaise, 2/3 box pepperidge farm zesty italian croutons, 2/3 box pepperidge farm onion and garlic croutons and 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion and celery in the margarine or butter.
Drain and and retain margarine for later.
