Mushroom Rice Casserole
Mushroom Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. long grain rice, 1 can campbell's beef consomme, 1 can onion soup, 1 can mushrooms, drained and 1 stick margarine or butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Lightly grease a 1 1/2-quart Pyrex dish.
Place uncooked rice in Pyrex dish.
Pour consomme and onion soup over rice.
Put mushrooms on top of this.
Place margarine on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
When it cooks 30 minutes, take out and stir, then cook last 30 minutes.
(Use dish with lid.)
