Mushroom Quiche
Mushroom Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) pie shell, 4 eggs, beaten, 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced, 1/4 c. sliced green onions and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In large frypan over medium heat, cook mushrooms and onions in butter until mushrooms are lightly browned, 6 to 8 minutes.
Arrange mushroom mixture in pie shell. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over mushroom mixture.
Beat together the eggs and remaining ingredients until well blended.
Pour over mushroom-cheese mixture.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
