Mushroom Florentine

Saute whole mushrooms in butter.
Set aside.
Cook spinach and drain.
Combine spinach, butter, onion salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Place in a 10-inch quiche or pie pan.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
Arrange sauteed mushrooms over spinach.
Cover with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
