Mushroom-Chicken Dijon
Mushroom-Chicken Dijon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. noodles, precooked, 4 chicken breast halves, 1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets, 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned) and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In skillet, cook chicken in oil about 10 minutes, until brown on both sides.
Remove chicken.
Add a touch more oil, if necessary.
Cook broccoli and mushrooms until tender (if using canned mushrooms, cook them less than broccoli).
Stir in soup, milk, mustard and spices.
Heat to boiling.
Return chicken to skillet.
Cover and simmer about 10 more minutes or until chicken is done.
Serve contents of skillet over precooked noodles.
