Mushroom Casserole
Mushroom Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. mushrooms, sliced and slightly cooked, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix (pepperidge farm) or 2 boxes stove top stuffing, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, shredded or sliced thin, 3/4 c. water and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Wash, slice and cook mushrooms slightly (5 minutes).
Drain.
Melt butter in water.
Combine with stuffing mix.
Layer mushrooms, cheese and then stuffing in a 13 x 9-inch buttered casserole dish.
Repeat, ending with stuffing. Dot with butter.
Just before cooking, pour over half and half.
