Mushroom Casserole
Mushroom Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. mushrooms (reserve liquid from cooking), 1 small pkg. stove top stuffing mix, 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 c. reserved liquid and milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Prepare Stove top stuffing mix according to package directions.
Saute mushrooms in pan sprayed with Pam, until slightly browned.
Spread out in casserole dish.
Spread out stuffing mix on top.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top and pour reserved liquid and milk over all.
Bake at 350Β° for about 20 minutes.
