Mushroom Caps is an easy dinner. Made with 16 medium large mushrooms, 4 tbsp. melted butter, 8 oz. container whipped or soft cream cheese with chives or add your own chives and 10 slices crisp fried bacon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Remove stems from mushrooms and save for other use.
Clean caps and brush outsides with melted butter.
Mix rest of ingredients and mound into caps.
Place onto broiling pan and broil 6 inches from heat, approximately 3 to 5 minutes until bubbling and brown.
