Rinse mushrooms in cool water and let dry.
Remove stems. Paint buttons with corn oil and roll them in bread crumbs.
Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with cheese.
Place in preheated oven at 250Β° and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
May prepare stems the same way.
