Mushroom and Rice Casserole
Mushroom And Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can beef consomme (campbell's), 1 can french onion soup, 1 stick margarine, 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained and 1 c. raw rice (i use uncle ben's; do not use instant rice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
